headtube/top tube welds. It’s a 7/4/7 top tube to a 44mm (1.25mm wall) head tube.
I clean the tubes a lot. 31.8 x 8/5/8 OX Plat downtube. Not sure why there’s no HAZ though right here, it’s weird.
PLENTY of room for this Clement MSO Xplor 40. I made the space to take 45’s, I just don’t have any to try.
